Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Permitted Use. You may use the Service solely to conduct authorized security assessments of AI models and endpoints that you own, operate, or have explicit written permission to test. NullVector is a professional security research tool intended for legitimate vulnerability assessment, red-teaming, and compliance validation purposes.

Prohibited Use. You may not use the Service to: (a) scan or probe any system, model, or endpoint without explicit authorization from the owner; (b) conduct denial-of-service attacks or intentionally degrade the performance of any target system; (c) attempt to extract, exfiltrate, or misuse data obtained through scan results; (d) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs without our written consent; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service; (f) use the Service to develop competing products or services; (g) violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; or (h) use the Service for any purpose that NullVector LLM Scanner determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of responsible security research.

Responsible Disclosure. If your use of the Service reveals vulnerabilities in third-party systems, you are responsible for handling such findings in accordance with applicable responsible disclosure standards and the policies of the affected system's owner.

Plans. The Service is offered under Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription tiers, each with defined feature limits as described on our Pricing page. Feature limits are enforced at the platform level and may not be circumvented.

Payment. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize NullVector LLM Scanner to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy below.

Refunds. First-time subscribers on a paid plan may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge by contacting [email protected]. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for partial months or unused quota.

Upgrades and Downgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in connection with your use of the Service, excluding taxes based on NullVector LLM Scanner's net income.

NullVector LLM Scanner IP. The Service, including all software, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and branding, is owned by NullVector LLM Scanner and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to NullVector LLM Scanner's intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as described herein.

Your Content. You retain ownership of all data, configurations, and scan results you generate through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant NullVector LLM Scanner a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use Customer Data for any other purpose, including training AI models.

Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant NullVector LLM Scanner a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

NullVector LLM Scanner implements security controls described in our Privacy Policy, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and audit logging. We treat all Customer Data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws.

Availability. We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable. Uptime commitments are not contractually guaranteed under Free or Pro plans.

Support. Free plan users may contact us at [email protected] for general inquiries. Pro and Enterprise users receive priority email support with a target response time of 1 business day. Enterprise customers may request dedicated onboarding assistance.

Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. NULLVECTOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL IDENTIFY ALL VULNERABILITIES IN YOUR AI SYSTEMS OR THAT SCAN RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE FROM FALSE POSITIVES OR FALSE NEGATIVES.

Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NULLVECTOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NULLVECTOR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD. IN NO EVENT SHALL NULLVECTOR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NullVector LLM Scanner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your scanning of systems without proper authorization; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your Customer Data.

By You. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except as described in Section 3.

By NullVector. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law; (c) you fail to pay applicable fees; or (d) we determine that your use of the Service poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform or other users. We will provide notice where practicable.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your Customer Data in accordance with our data retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NullVector LLM Scanner regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
